The Saint Boniface Episcopal Church Thrift Shop held a fashion show and luncheon featuring sport, casual and dramatic eveningwear Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the church community center on Siesta Key. Master of ceremonies Jim Stewart gave a rundown of each model’s attire, designer and price — including whether or not the clothing zipped, buttoned or fastened.
Chairwoman Evelyn Ferguson has been coordinating the thrift shop fashion show, the proceeds of which support the outreach ministries of the thrift shop, for about 15 years.
Upcoming events include a free organ concert, fish fry Fridays, the eighth annual gift fair and auditions for the new choral group. Call 349-5616 for more information.
