Ceviche Restaurant anniversary to feature flamenco
Date: November 10, 2010

To kick off the celebration of its third anniversary, Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant will host “A Night in Barcelona” at 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13.
Javier’s Sombras Flamencas Band and The Ceviche Flamenco Dancers will entertain and complimentary tapas and sangria will be served with a $20 donation to benefit the Children’s Dream Fund, which celebrates its 30th birthday this year.
The event also marks several changes at the four-story restaurant — which occupies the historic Sarasota Times building on Second Street — including two new members of the management team. Sarasota resident and hospitality professional Jason Waganheim has been named general manager, and Angel Gonzalez has been named head chef.
