With the quickness of a ninja, Sean Morris jumped from a standing position onto a wall beneath the Ringling Bridge, produced a back flip and returned to his original position as part of a demonstration for the ShamRockers USA.
The ShamRockers is a group of teen runners who have been training for half-marathons. After running the Ringling Bridge Saturday, Sept. 19, the teens participated in climbing and other types of techniques with Morris.
“That was fun!” said Rico De Torres after climbing the wall.
