The Biography channel commissioned Sarasota-based InterMedia Productions to film an episode of “Mobsters.” Jim Flyn, owner of InterMedia Productions, filmed Lindley “Lynn” Devecchio, a former FBI agent, at Hyde Park Steakhouse in March.
Devecchio handled Gregory Scarpa, a Colombo capo, who was also known as “The Grim Reaper.” For 30 years, Scarpa was a mafia hitman and an FBI informant.
The episode of “Mobsters” airs at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, and midnight Wednesday, Sept. 5.
