The Goodwill Foundation recently received a rare 1896 Carl Bechstein piano from local donors Jim and Ronna Bridges, who had previously used the piano as a display in their custom-cabinet showroom.
“Goodwill does good things for people in our community,” said Jim Bridges. “That’s why we decided to donate the piano.”
The Goodwill Foundation hosted a reception and auction of the piano April 17, featuring a performance by local pianist and Pine View School student Matthew Falgowski.
