+ Tournament raises funds for research
The Mission Valley Country Club Women’s Golf Association held its fifth annual Rally for the Cure golf tournament and luncheon in February, raising $5,000 for breast-cancer research. Of the 80 participants, tournament winners were Mary Glick, Helen Pape, LaRue Fields and Betty Key.
