A group of men known as “The Brain Trust” work on solving the world’s problems as they dine together every Tuesday afternoon.

The men recently held a special meeting to honor long-time member Bob Peterson, who will be “stepping down” from the group, along with another long-time member, Bob Tate.

Peterson has been a member of the group for 15 of the 20 years it has been in existence.

Peterson is known in Sarasota for a variety of achievements and for his charitable contributions.
