The Sarasota Power and Sail Squadron swore in its new commander, Bill Andersen, at a Change of Watch ceremony Friday, Jan. 11, at Marina Jack. During the ceremony, each past commander, in order of oldest to newest, passes the commander’s flag down to the incoming commander. This year’s ceremony included eight commanders, past and present.
