Andrew Price, of Lakewood Ranch, and Marian Price, of Tampa, sold their home at 1321 Point Crisp Road to Larry Enterline, of Braselton, Ga., for $3,675,000. Built in 2001, it has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $5,300,000 in 2004.
