Condominium in Siesta Dunes Beach sells for $915,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 29 and Nov. 2.
A condominium in Siesta Dunes Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. CSTAKEE LLC sold the Unit 6214-B condominium at 6214B Midnight Pass Road to Riley Family Investments Limited Partnership for $915,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,179 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,000 in 1989.
Somerset Cay
Teresa Bratcher-Evans, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 52 condominium at 9122 Midnight Pass Road to Andrew Terry, trustee, of Sarasota, for $711,100. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,237 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $876,000 in 2002.
Siestas Bayside
Regions Bank sold the home at 4611 Higel Ave. to Mark Flannagan, of Sarasota, for $611,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2005.
Bayou Louise 28
Premier Properties of Florida LLC and Andrew Cooper sold the home at 101 Ogden St. to Stephen Sadoskas and Leslie Butterfield, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.13 million in 2004.
Somerset Cove
The Northern Trust Co. sold the Unit 6 condominium at 3947 Somerset Drive to Mark O’Hara, trustee, of Glenview, Ill., for $476,300. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2001.
Sarasota Beach
James and Cheryl Slater sold their home at 5258 Avenida Del Mare to Kevin and Marie Topping, of Fakenham, England, for $460,000. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in June.
Siesta Isles
Jane McMahan sold her home at 1002 Glebe Lane to Paul and Ieva Johnson, of Sarasota, for $322,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,900 in 1998.
Whispering Sands
Janet O’Donnell, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 208 condominium at 199 Whispering Sands Drive to Matthew and Julianne Majernik, of Hudson, Ohio, for $315,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1984.
Provincial Garden Apartments
J. Franklin Hall, Gregory Harris and Michael Cassani, of Loveland, Ohio, sold their Unit S-5 condominium at 6005 Midnight Pass Road to Lewis and Jule Horn, of Lambertville, Mich., for $310,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,210 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2004.
