The following residential real-estate transactions took place between April 1 and April 5.

A home in Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Freeman and Jane Epes, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4801 Higel Ave. to Richard Rothmund and Dianne Bambeck, of Cincinnati, for $1,200,100. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 1993.

SARASOTA
Coral Cove
Cecilia Ngo, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1525 Caribbean Drive to Adam and Justine Amdur, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 1992.

Desota Park
Michael Connelly and Mary Mahoney, of Buffalo, N.Y., sold their home at 1930 Datura St. to Marilyn Bezner, trustee, of Sarasota, for $910,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $760,000 in 2004.

Bay Plaza
Michell Yadven, trustee, of Bradenton, and Erica Yadven, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the Unit 1503 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Joseph Abraham and Cheryl Abraham, trustees, for $800,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1989.

Harbor View on Golden Gate Point
Frank Salvo, of Tampa, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to Kenneth and Susan Beck, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,949 square feet of living area.

Condominium on the Bay
Harold Michaels sold his Unit 6 condominium at 912 Blvd. of the Arts to Rodney Knutson and Nancy Snell, of Aspen, Colo., for $750,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2002.

Oyster Bay Estates
William and Vivienne Lambrecht, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1714 S. Lake Shore Drive to Duncan and Anne Yull, of Sarasota, for $656,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 1979.

The Landings
Stephanie Church sold her home at 1702 Pine Harrier Circle to Richard Epstein, of Owings Mills, Md., for $625,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,609 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

S. Dattu and Pushpa Sastry, trustees, of Oakland, Mich., sold the Unit 908 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Jim and Christine Rosenthal, of Berkshire, United Kingdom, for $545,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2010.

Michael and Linda Veautour, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1807 Stanford Lane to Gerald and Louise Rathay, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,966 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,100 in 2009.

Anthony and Gina Cusano, of Pittsburgh, sold their Unit 611 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Mary Matalin, of Alexandria, Va., for $415,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2009.

John and Wendy Brookes, of Cheshire, United Kingdom, sold their Unit PH-09 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Coastal Marine Construction Inc. for $399,900. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 910 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,900 in 2001.

Tammy Saucier, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1418 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Maria Haber, trustee, of Washington, D.C., for $265,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,000 in 2009.

Sadie Rudman-Laufer, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to James and Lois Bartis, of Sarasota, for $392,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1993.

Daniel Merck, of Sarasota, sold his home at 4192 Hearthstone Drive to Michael and Silvia Stillion, of Sarasota, for $370,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,900 in 2004.

Patricia Nesbitt, of Chula Vista, Calif., sold her Unit 402 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to Robert and Kathleen Witkop, of Dover, N.H., for $330,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $533,900 in 2006.

South Gate
Rachel Laughlin, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3340 Tanglewood Drive to Allison Werner, of Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,006 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,000 in 2012.

Sunstate Financial Resources Inc. sold the home at 2721 Hibiscus St. to Tony and Jaime Stopperan, of Sarasota, for $229,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,454 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2005.

Indian Beach
Villandry Properties LLC sold the home at 4539 Leeta Lane to Ryan Frymire and Ann Zeilman, of Osprey, for $315,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,187 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2005.

Broadway Promenade
Stanley Axelrod and Susan Cohen, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1223 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Shirley Martin-Scullion, of Longboat Key, for $288,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,000 in 2009.

The Uplands
Lydia Mott, of Damariscotta, Maine, sold her home at 425 Poincianna Drive to Franklin Lamport and Rachel Rosner, of Sarasota, for $262,500. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $84,000 in 1989.

Juliet Mickey, of Venice, sold her home at 3128 Bispham Road to Bernard and Ann Fountain, of Rochester Hills, Mich., for $220,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $176,000 in 2003.
Joseph and Kathleen Noonan sold their home at 2863 Post Road to Leslie Gray, of Sarasota, for $201,500. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1994.

Dominic and Stacey Cotugno sold their home at 7236 Pine Needle Road to Geoffrey Parkinson and Andrea Fraleigh, trustees, of Greenwich, Conn., for $1.05 million. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,159 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2011.

Casarina
Gregory Huff, James Huff and Sharon Debruler, of Hamilton, Ind., sold their Unit 411 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Larry and Susan Wills and Eldin Rector, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, for $815,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $749,000 in 1999.

William Halperin, trustee, of Barnegat Light, N.J., sold his Unit 107 condominium at 6285 Midnight Pass Road to Maurice and Phyllis Michelson, of Monroe, N.J., for $339,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $223,500 in 1999.

Equity Trust Co. and Angelo Ingorvain sold the home at 726 Siesta Key Circle to John Walter and Lorry Eible, of Sarasota, for $549,900. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,664 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2006.

Lynn and Judith Hutton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1205 Sea Plume Way to Patrick and Debra Healy, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,705 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2003.

Robert and Sheila Bukowski, of Seattle, sold their home at 342 Canal Road to Charles Smith, of New York, for $480,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 1,896 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2000.

James and Verna Gibson sold their home at 8112 Midnight Pass Road to Dale Janik and Anne Ryan, of Shrewsbury, Vt., for $442,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2002.

Michael and Sallyann Dailey sold their Unit 103-F condominium at 8767 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Judith Jamieson, of Sarasota, for $427,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2008.

Stephen and Caryn Patterson and John and Ellen Cavanaugh, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 204-G condominium at 8773 Midnight Pass Road to Alan and Doris Brown, of Ontario, Canada, for $343,000.
