- Do not forget that it was Atwell who almost single handedly put many small businesses out of business with the parking meter fiasco. It wasn't until Paul Caragulio switched his vote to remove the parking meters after realizing those meters were ruining his business that the business district was saved from becoming a ghost town. Vote out Atwell before she makes more of her calamitous decisions
