- What happens when people decide to circumvent 41 and use coconut because they don't like manuvering round-a -bouts. It will happen. People use Washington so they don't have to go through St Armands. Nice residential street gets extra traffic. There is a trickle effect the commissioners are going to start. Why? Round-a-bouts look nice? Tenth St no less. That will be fun. There is more pedestrian traffic there than at Gulf Drive. Quite a lot headed to the boat ramp for a bench. Sorry but it's the truth. Wonder how many will be hit? Traffic coming in and out of Publix and the gas station. That ought to be a nice build up. We live on 18th and the only way we can get out to go south on 41 usually is when the light at tenth is red and the traffic is stopped for a bit. I've written the DOT to protest these things on 41. Please take a few minutes and do the same.

- Please, please do not put in round abouts. New Jersey has many round abouts and they are a problem. People do not know who has the right of way, those entering the circle or those already in the circle. They are confusing. New Jersey is getting rid of them because they do not work like intended. It would be a huge mistake to put round abouts on Hwy 41.
