The Sarasota Police Department arrested a local man March 20, for burglarizing a Radio Shack on the North Trail — for the second time in two years.
Officers investigated a break-in at the site March 13, and collected fingerprints and a surveillance video. An investigation led officers to arrest Jody Cubbage, 28, who was arrested in October of 2011 for burglarizing the same store.
Cubbage allegedly took an Apple product and a Toshiba television set, which a Police Department news release said is similar to a television stolen in the previous burglary.
