A new Goodwill store opened on Honore Avenue Tuesday.
Goodwill Manasota representatives and local officials attended a ribbon cutting Tuesday morning at the new store at 1701 N. Honore Avenue.
Before the ribbon cutting, a handful of customers waited outside for the new Goodwill to open.
“The Goodwill Honore rebranding is part of an overall rebranding effort that includes a new logo and website," said Bob Rosinsky, president of Goodwill Manasota.
Sarasota-based Be Creative Studios were chosen as Goodwill's creative partner to overhaul and freshen the brand.
"Goodwill retail centers, donations centers, trucks, logo and website are all being rebranded with a fresh new look during the next several months," Rosinsky said. "Expect bold colors and a new visual impact for a vibrant shopping experience.”
Jane Bennett, owner of Be Creative Studios, says her team is thrilled to give Goodwill Manasota a new look.
"We're pleased to have been chosen to help Goodwill elevate its brand and consolidate its web presence into one dynamic environment.”
