The Sarasota Republican Club held its monthly meeting Thursday, Sept. 16, at the Sarasota Yacht Club. Club members filled the dining room for a brief social hour and to hear guest speakers Republican candidate for lieutenant governor Jennifer Carroll and Lt. Col. Frances Rice, chairwoman of the National Black Republican Association.
