Riverview blanks North Port in district action

The Riverview High girls soccer team improved to 4-2 on the season with a 3-0 victory over North Port in district action Nov. 14.
Senior Kasey Gamble scored the Lady Rams’ first goal off an assist by junior Katy Mixon. In the second half, Kj Davidson-Turner scored a pair of goals off of assists by Mixon and Madison Buscemi.
Goalkeeper Stephanie Tabar recorded four saves before turning the net over to Gamble who had three saves.
Riverview returns to action tomorrow night at Palm Harbor University.
