The Out-of-Door Academy football team rolled to a 52-16 victory over Southwest Florida Christian in its Homecoming game Oct. 19.
Brandon Place scored a pair of touchdowns on a 17-yard pass from quarterback Evan Wilson and a 16-yard pass.
Wilson connected with J.T. Fischer for a 46-yard touchdown and later threw a 71-yard strike to Austin Hoppe. Wilson ran in Thunder’s sixth touchdown on a quarterback sneak.
Second-string quarterback Dillon Cramer scored the Thunder’s final touchdown on a quarterback sneak in the fourth quarter.
ODA returns to district action Oct. 26 versus First Baptist Academy.
