Sailors from all over the country and Canada will attend and compete for awards this weekend at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron’s 63rd annual Labor Day Regatta. The festivities include five separate racecourses, live music, a barbeque, refreshments and an awards ceremony.
The regatta is open to all West Florida PHRF boats, multi-hulls and one-design fleets. Registration, which includes parking, camping, some meals and T-shirts, is $50. For more information, visit www.sarasotasailingsquad.com or call 650-7020.
