Three years ago, Grant’s Gardens started designing the landscaping, paving and lighting along with the lagoon and pool, with the help of Lucas Lagoons, of this Casey Key home. The home includes two cabanas and two chickee huts (one of each on the main property and the other ones on the beachside property), a firepit in one of the chickee huts, a reflection pool, swimming lagoon with multiple waterfalls, a dock on the bay and an infinity pool with hot tub. One of the chickee huts and a walkway are made out of ipe wood, a hardy Brazilian wood that is known for being resistant to decay, fungi and termites.
