Hemingway's Mango Salad
Ingredients:
12 mangos (cubed)
1 red onion (diced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 green bell pepper (dice)
1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
2 jalapenos (minced, with seeds removed)
5 ounces green chilis (diced)
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup chipotle peppers (purèed)
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients and mix well.
2. Chill for one hour before eating.
