Children concentrated on coloring their Renaissance inspired plaster masks Tuesday, June 11 at That’s Amore!, the first session of the Marie Selby Gardens Summer Camp Lookout. Earlier in the week children planted basil, oregano, bell peppers, garlic, and chives to learn about what goes into making a pizza.

More than 1,550 swimmers, ranging in age from 18-97, hit the pool for the 2013 Pan-American Masters Championships June 1-13, at the Selby Aquatic Center in Sarasota. The event, which was held in the United States for the first time, drew swimmers from 22 different countries to compete in synchronized swimming, swimming and open water competition.
