Adult volunteers are needed from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Nov. 21, on the east part of St. Armands Circle, across the street from Starbucks Coffee Co., to help decorate the 51-foot Rocky Mountain Christmas tree.
Volunteers should bring work gloves. This year’s Christmas tree will feature more than 800 Christmas balls.
The tree will light up at 6:15 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, in a ceremony, following the arrival of Santa Claus, at the 30th annual “Holiday Night on St. Armands.” The event takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. and will feature live musical entertainment and extended store hours.
For information, call 388-1554.
