- I drove to St Armands circle to see the Ferrari car show - which was obviously popular seeing the nuber of people on the circle. however the first thing I saw was te the Parking Enforcement person, circling around - so I left. Did not attend, did not shop and did not eat Lunch.
How many others did the same. A loss to the retailers on the Circle. The parking restrictions are not for the benefit of motorists or traffic control - it is a simple revenue recovery scheme due to the diaster and loss of money this incompetent management suffered in the failed parking meter fiasco in downtown Sarasota. Why inflict your scheme on St Armands.
