- At least 2 people had enough common sense to kill an expensive structure which few will use. To succeed, the structure needs retail and perhaps residential included as well. But spending $15myn on just a parking garage which is off the beaten path is ludicrous. Think big or stop thinking at all if this is all what the commission can come up with after too many years of indecision.
