Dr. Delaney Kirk, a management professor at USF Sarasota-Manatee and social media expert, was recently named as number 62 on the Top 100 Twitterers in Academia list. The list includes Twitterers from Harvard Law, Stanford and Brown University. Kirk was also named one of the top 22 most popular and influential professors on Twitter.
Kirk will speak at the Human Resources Association membership meeting on “Using Social Media as a Tool for Recruiting, Sales and Marketing.” The meeting will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at the Selby Auditorium on the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus.
“It’s an honor to be recognized among so many other well-known and respected academics,” Kirk said.
“Twitter is such a great place for the exchange of ideas and an excellent tool for faculty and students.”
