- The Mayor needs to check the history of Bradenton Beach. When Dick Connick was Mayor he decided that all businesses should be closed by midnight. The whole town almost went broke, and the ordinance was recinded a year or two later. It took BB years to get back the lost business and revenue.
Why does he think he has the power to regulate business hours anyway. The market place and the owner should of the business should do that.
