Sheriff’s deputies are searching for two suspects in a Friday home invasion.
At about 1:15 p.m., the masked pair, believed to be a man and a woman, walked into the home at 7868 Holiday Drive through an unlocked door.
A woman inside the home at the time had her hands and feet bound, while the suspects stole some electronics and left.
Detectives say they do not believe this incident is related to a series of similar home invasions that have occurred since February in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 861-4900 or leave an anonymous tip with Crimestoppers at 366-TIPS.
