Penne Alessandro
Serves four people
Ingredients:
1 pound pennette rigate
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces of porcini, shitake and button mushrooms
1 ounce basil
1ounce parsley
3 tomatos, chopped
1 cup of cream
½ cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. In a saucepan, add the oil and sauté the garlic, mushroom and tomato for a few minutes. Add the cream, basil and parsley and cook until hot.
2. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and pour the sauce into it. Mix together for a few minutes, than add the cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
