Bruschetta Mix
Serves 5 to 7 people
Ingredients:
5 tomatoes diced ¼ inch
1 cup feta cheese
½ cup chopped basil
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
Method:
1. Dice tomatoes and place in a bowl.
2. Break up feta cheese and add to tomatoes.
3. Chop fresh basil and add to mixture with remaining ingredients. Mix completely
