Bea Friedman came to Sarasota in 1948 the same year Israel gained its independence. She is a great philanthropist and was awarded with the Guardian of Israel award at the luncheon for her generous efforts both in Israel and Sarasota. -
The Jewish National Foundation presents the Friedman family with the Guardian of Israel award. -
