Wallenda walks the walk for high-wire stunt

The crowd grew quiet as Wallenda passed overhead.
Nik Wallenda stopped several times to wave to the crowd below.
"I was nervous on his behalf," said Siesta Key resident Deb Miller.
Spectators captured the walk with everything from expensive zoom lenses to cell phone cameras.
Wallenda and a team of eight people spent 10 hours Wednesday rigging the wire between the Ritz and One Watergate.
Wallenda originally wanted to walk the length of the Ringling Bridge, but technical difficulties interfered.
"It's crazy. He's doing tricks up there," said one downtown resident as Wallenda attempted to lie on the wire.
