The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office arrested Lisa Redmond, 52, for stealing $15,000 from her 94-year-old client.
The victim's daughter discovered her mother's credit card was fradulently used to make $15,000 in unauthorized purchases when she reviewed her mother's financial statements over the holidays. The victim and her daughter suspected Redmond.
Redmond admitted the crime to detectives and was charged with Exploitation of the Elderly. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
