You stink
10:30 p.m. — Potter Park Drive and Central Sarasota Parkway. Driving Under the Influence. A deputy saw a driver run a stop sign and pulled him over. The driver smelled strongly of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes, but he insisted he did not have any alcoholic beverage. The man said he just came from the movie theatre and his eyes were bloodshot because he fell asleep during the movie. The deputy asked him why he smelled like alcohol. His wife, who was in the passenger seat, said she might be the one who smelled, because she had a drink with dinner. After being pressed, the driver finally admitted to having a couple of drinks. He failed five sobriety tests and was arrested.
