Long arm of the law
2:20 a.m. — 1900 block of Ringing Boulevard. Criminal Mischief. While walking by the county courthouse, a man began bending the parking garage arm until it broke. He apparently was unaware the courthouse had a security guard, who was watching the whole time. The guard stopped the man before he could walk away and asked him for his driver’s license. The man complied and then ran away, leaving his license. It wasn’t difficult for police to locate him.
