The Ringling museum opened one exhibit Feb. 27 that’s coming up roses (and orchids, peonies and gardenias). In its fourth year, Ringling in Bloom enlists 34 floral designers from around the gulf coast to create bouquets and designs inspired by the museum’s collection.
