In honor of Halloween, Black Tie took a little break from her usual stomping grounds and accepted an invitation to join in on the parties at St. Martha Catholic School. Firing camera flashes in all directions, I went darting in and out of classrooms filled with students, sweets and treats.
Maria Smith, one of my sorority sisters, teaches fifth grade at St. Martha’s and just happened to be visiting her daughter Keira’s classroom when I arrived. The kids were racing around, wrapping Maria up with toilet paper to transform her into a mummy. I got a really good laugh out of this until everyone announced that Black Tie was next! Here's the video footage for your viewing pleasure.
Video recorded by St. Martha Catholic School’s Director of Development, Rebecca Blitz; edited by Loren Mayo. Music by Kevin MacLeod.
