This week’s A&E cover girl, artist Sabrina Small, talks about how records play an important role in her creative process –– so much so that Small even included a record player in her s/ART/q “Process” installation this spring at G.WIZ Science Museum. Thanks to the addition of an old green couch, a framed black-and-white photograph, butterscotch candies and a record player, Small’s G.WIZ installation had a kind of hip/antique/grandmotherly feel.
Pick up a Thursday, June 10 issue of The Observer to read the full story on Small.
