- I agree with Cindy. Keep the distances set by International Triathlon Union, and USA Triathlon.

- I think this is a fabulous idea to have a triathlon on Longboat Key and it's a perfect place to do it. I am not sure how they can call it an Olympic/International distance because the run is usually a 10k ( not just 5 miles) and the bike is 26 miles ( not just 20)so I am not sure how anyone came up with these distances? Well it will at least be a fun time!
