The 30th annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Worship Service will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, at St. Armands Key Lutheran Church, 40 N. Adams Drive. Msgr. Gerry Finegan, of St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Catholic Church will deliver the message. Participating clergy will be: seated, Finegan and Rabbi Jonathan Katz, of Temple Beth Israel; and standing, the Rev. David Danner, of All Angels by the Sea Episcopal Church; the Rev. Kenneth Gill, of the Longboat Island Chapel, and the Rev. Mark Bernthal, of St. Armands Key Lutheran Church. Not present was the Rev. Dr. Bruce Porter, of Christ Church of Longboat Key, Presbyterian.
This year’s offering will go to the Stillpoint House of Prayer, in Bradenton.
