Ethel H. Young, of Sarasota and formerly of Longboat Key and Chicago, died May 11. She was 100.
Mrs. Young was born April 11, 1912.
Mrs. Young was a member of the Sara Bay Country Club and the Bird Key Yacht Club.
Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her son and husband, Leslie Young.
Mrs. Young is survived by two daugthers, Marilyn Panozzo and Kathy Neumann; son, William; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren..

Mar Vista Dockside Restaurant & Pub’s walls and ceiling are covered with dollar bills, signed and decorated by patrons. Every few years the restaurant removes the bills for a good cause.
