+ Light up, Longboat, for this year’s contest
O little town of Longboat Key …
It’s time for The Longboat Observer’s annual “Light Up the Keys” contest. Soon, Longboat Key will be getting a whole lot brighter as homes, businesses and condominiums light up with holiday decorations.
From Dec. 7 through Dec. 11, Observer staffers will hit the road in search of the Key’s most spirited decorations. This year will feature categories of condominiums of more than 100 units and condominiums of fewer than 100 units for first-through-third prizes. Condominiums, along with single-family homes and commercial businesses, can compete for the “Publisher’s Choice” award.
So, get in the spirit and you could win the best gift of all: a picture of your holiday spirit in The Longboat Observer.
