+ Ageless beauty celebrates birthday
Linda Weber turned 66 Nov. 12, but doesn’t look close to her real age. Born in Pittsburgh, she graduated from the University of Miami and was a cheerleader her four years there. For 20 years, she was a stewardess supervisor for US Airways. Weber has been associated with Coldwell Banker since 1992 and holds a record of 87 home sales in the Bayou neighborhood of the Longboat Key Club. Would you tell us your beauty secret and maybe your sales pitch, too?

Groin project costs come in under $2.5 million
The groins will be built next summer near the North Shore Road beach access to help hold sand in place on the north end that is swept off the Key
