The Colony was hopping Saturday, Oct. 10, due to its beautiful guest bartender, Molly Klauber. Klauber set off an Internet buzz with news that she would be spotlighting as madame bartender. Klauber impressed guests with her specialty menus of bar bites (all featuring her favorite food: cheese!) and libations (“Molly’s Not So Kid-Friendly Apple Juice”).
