+ Chef Ray Arpke selected for ABC's 'Nightline' contest

Euphemia Haye Restaurant chef/proprietor Ray Arpke has been chosen as a finalist for ABC News “Nightline’s” annual “People’s Platelist” contest. The contest recognizes chefs whose cuisine is exceptionally creative and authentic. Arpke is one of 20 finalists chosen from more than 1,000 entries and the sole finalist in Florida. The winner will be determined by popular vote. Voting opens Aug. 26 on the “Nightline” page of ABCNews.com and runs through Sept. 26. The winner will be the subject of a special “Nightline” segment.
