So, what’s next for the chefs in the Longboat Key Public Tennis Center’s first Rib Fest? That is yet to be seen — and tasted. But one chef’s secret ingredient was incorrectly reported in last week’s issue of The Longboat Observer. Milan Adrian uses a chili-garlic sauce derived from Robinson’s award-winning blend.
