Between solving murders and late nights at Tiny’s of Longboat, Matt Royal has found time to get on Facebook.
The protagonist of Longboat Key novelist H. Terrell “Terry” Griffin’s seven thrillers (who bears more than a passing resemblance to his creator) has a new Facebook page, facebook.com/Matt.Royal.Mystery.
Since joining Facebook Jan. 7, Royal has posted on everything from the weather to the latest island gossip to his latest outings. But some things remain a mystery to us. Take this post, for example:
“ … It moved on up to the late 80s by late afternoon. Not bad for January. Didn’t get any fishing in, but did have breakfast at Blue Dolphin and a few Miller Lites at Tiny’s to end the day … ”
So we ask Matt Royal: Where is this Tiny’s of which you write?
We thought that last call was March 31, 2010 …
