- Yes, on the development of the LBK Club Resort. It wil be good for every resident. It will help our tax base. It will introduce new people to LBK. It will bring additional tourist dollars to businesses in the area. Things that remain static decay and die. Things in life do change in some cases against our will but that does not stop the change. I have been coming to LBK since I was a small boy and the island is not as dynamic as it was 15 or 20 years ago. Plese LBK Club Resort move ahead with this project to improve the whole island for all of us; premanent residents, snow birds and tourists.
