- If you want to vote, every property owner should be allowed to vote as to the expansion of the Key Club Resort and change in zoning. We all pay taxes and the part time residents getnto pay more. The zoning issues are slowly killing LBK making it nearly impossible to do anything without some IPOC complaining about how it will hurt their view or create more traffic, then filing a lawsuit, which goes on for years. Who wouldn't want a growing vibrant community with more traffic and people? Who might be become customers, residents or tax paying property owners.
