Pelican Harbor residents said goodbye to their association president, Sheldon Kahn, with a farewell party on Tuesday, Nov. 16, at the home of fellow Pelican Harbor resident Ken Bennett. Kahn had been president of the condo association for 5 years and a resident at Pelican Harbor for 45 years.
